The Management of SERLUSA Refrigerantes, Lda, undertakes to maintain the Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards and to develop its business in an environmentally sustainable manner, in accordance with the following principles:

  • To promote and encourage continuous improvement in order to guarantee high levels of performance in our services, with a view to exceeding the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.
